How can i change to english subtitle? when i change the subtitles to english their are still german :/ (ive got the german version, 'cause im german :P)

one problem: on a german keyboard the controls are completly different -.- so i cant switch to hovermode or change the speedometer...

how do i do the microwave? when i am pressing 6 on numpad only the camera moves, but nothing happens...
