And here is some of my advice.
It maybe offensive but I just want to say honestly that I think that RA3 Apocalypse Tank and RA1 Tesla Tank coming together looks very strange and inharmonious.
Since the alternate tech tree of soviet is RA1 style,I change the RA3APOC into RA1MAMU and let RA3APOC accessable through the tech lab.
The mod loos great.
And I would to ask if you are going to add the KW T4 units into it in further versions.
Hope this mod can be optimized,it is a great pity that such mod can not be attractive due to the Underlying codes of the original game.

There is a mod called tacitus revolution,this mod enables MARV harvesting,and the link of the source code of which has been posted in its moddb page,maybe you can get something from the source code,I think.
The Tiberium Wars Advanced mod can also do that,maybe you can contact with the developer of which for support.
