Sweet i hope this mod dont die. Blitzkrieg 2 is a great game but i liked the 2.7 version better then r3. R3 has some great features to it but i dont like how they took the airfields out and etc. It is just a game and r3 kinda lost some funness to it for me. Hope this brings it back. Had fun map making for it. Including the rail gun in on some of my maps;)

Does anybody know if the version of this mod thats in the pictures is out? Or just the older one?

You know i always kinda wanted to do my own ww2 mod...but with coding skining & doing some mapping im not even sure where to begin...lol...but i have made a couple of maps and did a couple scripts so i guess the mapping part im not horrible horrible at.. but i do commend you modders...you guys do at least keep the game fun and interesting...

just a quick question? are you planning on adding any better skin's to the old blitzkrieg units? or just kinda keeping the basic grey color like on the germans and stuff?

sorry kiwi...and i agree the mod is what this form is about...i guess me and obi where the ones who really strayed from the real meaning of this form....but i would appericate if a bit more people on here showed some compassion for the U.S... Just because you may not agree with our country now or goverment dont mean the people of it are bad...or the heros in it who fought and died just like every other country's on here did...so at least be respectful...and i will do the same....

Look i dont know why you people keep thinking that im say'n that the US had the biggest part in the war...i know that technically there was no fighting on the US main land..but for the people that say we didnt have no primary roll in the fighting is just bs..i mean normandy hello biggest invasion force ever..and the battle of the bulge...some of the highest german tech was used there....the mod should be as it was...russia was good with production & late tech(tanks)....germany with high tech(planes & tanks)...and great britian had good tech but slow production early war.. & the US had good production(tanks)and really good tech(airplanes)late war...but one thing i will say about russia james is look at russia early and late war....pigs you ask me...basically occupied the other side of poland before germany attacked them & then the berlin wall after the war...and russia, biggest rape of people ever took place after they took germany...the people of russia fought for there lives...the goverment just fought for greed and spread of communism...

Like the ww2 mods man.. what made you wanna redo the 2.5 version as to the 2.7 where's before they switched the stuff up in R3...2.7 had some more content to it than 2.5...but either way its your mod & good luck with it...just was a bit curious....oh & will this have an ai?

i'll give it to the british they were great the only thing i'll say that showed cowardness in there goverment was the Munich Agreement with germany...but for this post i think all the goverments were pretty cowardess...but i wont speak bad of the people who actually fought...for all nations in the war they are the true heros...

that is true japan didnt surrender because of the a-bombs...they also didnt surrender for just russia either...it was like geramny they couldnt fight a two front war..so it was a combination of the two but it is correct that it was no single one that made them surrender...it was not all just because of russia..so it is unfair to give the US no credit...but to be technical..japan did surrender aboard the US battleship missouri....

ok kiwi ur turn, i never said russia didnt play a big part in the war for 1...there death toll was extreame...but at the start of the war they did favor germany over great britian... and actually occupied west poland after the germans took it..britian though declaring war on germany didnt russia cause it would be pointless to fight a war they couldnt win...but in britians favor hitler had no care for russia nor stalin and actually atatacked russia...this being hitlers flaw in making a two front war...so russia then turning to britian for help and later the u.s. when we got in the war is what happend...but russia did fight fierce but at one time the germans were only about 30 miles from moscow...and also kiwi for u not say'n ur racist toward people read again how you end this (im nt racist to usa -but then-lol i can c y som much ppl in the world want to bomb it lol. hey just one for obiwanbul.. russia at the begining of the war was just as heartless pigs as the germans lets not forget what they did to the polish people they only change to being good after the coward stalin got attacked by germany...and for two russia also got alot of materials from the US to stay alive in the war 3. russia only attack japan because of an agreement with the US for helping with germany and being a allied power... overall russia did play a major part but theres no reason to say they were anymore important than the US...sorry dude your history is screwy...

maybe a pretty good mod...i'll be looking forward to future updates:)

Hey, i was hoping to make my own maps and i was wondering if there is a manual or something on how to get the ai to work or if any of the team planned on releasing one. I'd appreciate any response... But besides that i'd like to say good job to the team great mod.....
