1/ The project is not dead dont worry .
2/ Regarding TAZ guns : The new AI loadouts are supposed to come with the new patch but it got delayed . It will come out when the game patch is ready soon .
$$$$$YET$$$$$ I will let you guys have the loadouts optionally so your waiting time wont be painful ! BUT note that This is not official even if it came from me ( Official files will either be added in the files section or pinned/tagged or/and uploaded by the mod dev himself ( Seda )

This small Unoff-patch will be in the main patch when its out unless I performed some modifications in it ! Either way it wont risk the game compatibility so its safe . I recommend whoever gonna use this patch to remove it when the new version is out ( cuz the gamedata files always overwrite the ones in DB formats and if it got any modification you wont be able to access it without removing this unoff-patch in case the one integred in the official update got any sort of changes )

Well , I can't tell for sure if it will be this month ! The Dev is having some big life changes lately so he wasnt able to do much for modding ! Original TAZ owner did some necessary fixes to the weapons ( animations and different configs ) . The patch was almost ready before the covid19 situation ( Some ppl focused more on their RL like our boi Seda , wish him best of luck )
Anyways , I can contact the Dev to get a better image on the situation but I thik its better to just wait because this is one of his life projects which he gave around 4 years ( planning , making the story and then putting all things together in harmony ) so dont worry he wont leave it ! :D Not until its RTTN v4.0 .

Im speaking about the main team ! Porting team is there in anomaly .
Im actually friend with TAZ dev ! We already have a chatgroup in which we discuss different stuff regarding TAZ and RTTN ! We proted a custom TAZ pack for a reason and a full port is not possible without a dedicated team and some serious compatibilty monitoring as RTTN promised to be save friendly from the 1.0 to 4.0 .
I will expand the pack on my own at some point but either way it wont be a full port unless its totaly adopted by TAZ man power which is actually low at the moment .

if its already true true then make sure that what you did is correctly edited and implemented

Probably ! Not sure anymore ? TAZ team was disassembled last time I heard ? So It will be up to RTTN development atm ( if the idea was adopted of course )

Actually , maybe the new version became incompatible but can't be sure , not until I check myself ?
I didn't update the hands models as I already fixed the compatibility issue with the Extended DC and because the update will surely overwrite some files I edited in my add-on.
So that leaves me with 1 theory which is LA DC extended had a config update which I'll have to trace ( in case it's true )
About you comments being deleted? That's weird because there is no reason for it .
Anyways I would love to have the logs . You can post them here or in a PM , if it's my add-on I'll fix it if it's the new update I'll fix it too if I found the source of bug of course ;) .
I did update my game already a week ago but I didn't run the game yet .

nah config tweaks are save friendly ! Also this one is based on hands models addon so if you are not using it remove the outfit.ltx from your items/equipments folder
I reworked most of artifacts ( more like a small buff ) so you keep looking for artifacts cause its worth it.

Hey ! If you downloaded the file i sent ! Just go to your game location and create a gamedata folder if its not there of course then , inside that folder create one more named configs and one more inside of it then call it misc ! Once you did that , you add( create ) the last folder which you name it items and put the file i gave you there :D .

You need to either edit the container's stats which will require the unpacked data ( items_container ) or the artifact which also require the same thing .
Here , I increased that Container rad absorbation to be x2 .
Use it at your own risk :D ( Its like cheating so the link will be available for a small period of time )
This file goes to gamedata/configs/misc/items .

The game wont crash for that error ! But well ? The log is not showing a clear reason :/ !
Try what sergiopappalardo78 suggested if your game still crash , Send me the closest savepoint to the crash location ! I'll send it to The dev to check it .

An exact place would be the CoP pripyat, where you climb giant roots over the acid pit. Top floor of building from root. ( A compass is supposed to be a first spawn in that anomaly . )

There might be one in Radar or red forest too

About traders , they will uncover their stuff when you gain a certain relation with them ! About NPCs , Not yet , the next patch will bring that in !
and when the game is on a solid land , i can make few optional addons such as trade system tweaks ( Old style ) .
