The scatter radius of the GLA buggy doesn't seem to work. In the beta, the missles didn't hit one single target but an area. Do you know a way to make this work again?

You've did a great job on capturing the atmosphere from Raising the Bar concept arts. The city looks much bigger than it is in HL2 but you need to do some polishing. In case a NPC is following you, sometimes the pathfinding doesnt work. The guy on the container gets stuck after opening the first door. I had to force him through the door manually ;) Kinda dirty level design, I guess thats called the russian method. Using all props available and combining them very creativly ;) I can't blame you, it works :D Oh I've encountered one problem. I get stuck in the arcade when playing the second stage with the huge amount of manhacks. The animation after dying is on endless loop.

crash to desktop shortly after the loading screen for the main menu starts to appear (for a second) :(

fixed: I downloaded the BETA "upcoming" for the 2013 SDK.

Just finished the mission and I instantly feel remembered of the good old C&C Generals time. The mission is challenging but really fun! Can't wait to see the structures back in the game and I can't wait for more missions to play. Really well done! Thank you guys!

ps. only thing that looked odd were the particle effects on some tanks, the smoke for the paladin looks way too dark and too thick. ;)

The rest looks perfect!

I would love to see some "behind the scenes" stuff like concept art. The whole development process must be extremly creative. You guys are coming up with stuff that has Westwood quality!

To be honest, the Mental Omega team is the last team I could think of who could rescue the rts genre...so if the development team doesn't know what to do after Mental Omega, start a fresh 3D project. Not a mod...your very own creation.

Great job! Back in 2008 or so, I started a mod project with the same goal, to bring back the original half-life 2 timeline and visuals. Too bad I deleted all the files (maps, models, textures). I hope you will bring back the original train station and citadel too. Take a close look at Viktor Antonovs work. I've checked your workflow, kinda fast but messy. Shaders look good but take a closer look at details, don't stretch textures too much or make the bump map too hard. Keep it simple and clean and don't clutter your maps with models. The terminal area and the docks look messy. Fine details sir, fine details are important. And bring some better placed lights in your maps, even for combine soldiers it's not helpful to guard dark corridors and rooms. ;)

I've just played your mod and I must say...it's almost Valve quality. The visuals are beautiful and look almost like Source 2 ... and the gameplay feels fresh and motivating. The way the gravity gun works is truly fun!

There was only one moment where I could not "read" the path I had to go. It was in a room in the canals with two turrets and no visible way out. For those who stuck at the same spot. Take a closer look at the lambda logo on the wall and slightly over it, the lamps are in the wrong position, you can shoot at them and it will open a hidden door for you.

Anyway, thank you very much for putting so much work in it and lovely credits at the end!

I havent played such a good mod / fan project since the minerva chapters!

I just started to play Generals again and than I saw that. Awesome work man. I cant believe I'll be finally able to construct the GLA wind mill and I hope the GLA Buggy gets his scattering effect back.

I hope the conflict in the ukraine will end very soon and the economy will recover soon. I really hope your life is not in risk and your everything is getting better very soon.

wow that looks spectacular

I just don't know why they changed the warm lighting in this scene to a cold version. Warm feels like "home" and safe. Also the e3 demos had really cool content in it.

I also have the book "Raising the Bar" and can tell you, they had a lot of awesome thrown away.

The screenshots look fantastic but I don't get it to work. Not sure why, did everything just as you mentioned in the instruction file.

The whole graphics were f*cked up and I couldnt move.

Will give it another try tomorrow. Need to deinstall the whole game.
Maybe it had something to do that I had ENB series installed before and just overwrote some files.

I have a dx11 graphics card but the game seems to be rendered dx9 only.
