Well that might be somewhat hard since having snow would be mostly retexturing the whole map/having two different copies of the mod, but i can try.

If they do I shall not surrender. There has been five years I have been working on this mod, and I ain't going to throw it all away just because of TK2. Even Mafia DE has mods and currently the Mafia series seem to be getting far more tolerant in regards of mods than GTA

Actually, yes and no, while the mod page says it has been cancelled, I actually plan to re-do it after I learn some abilities about car and map converting, and after the first mod, the 1940s one gets released, there's also a lack of British cars from the 60s on GTA SA, a thing I plan to change

I plan to make GTA 60s far more ambitious than currently, by actually attempting to convert AC Syndicate's London while slightly modifying it with some 1960s buildings, doing a era mod requires a lot of research, so it might take some time until I'm ready to work on the 1960s project

Your mod is certainly stunning, been watching it closely since I guess 4-5 years ago x3

To install it just copy all the files to your GTA Folder

Try turning off DEP and running the EXE in compatibility mode.

The current pictures are of the V2 version that might be released soon, so the original V1 download is an older version.

I Might need a tool to convert it from the godfather to GTA SA, any idea of what should I use? ( I Already have 3DSMAX For converting models to DFF, but I don't have any tool to extract the car models from the godfather )

Yeah, I might post the Lassiter Series 69, which was originally converted by KOHDYKTOP, but since them seem to have It's original download vanished, which means Grand Theft Auto 1940s is possibly the only place It still exists
