No, nothing was changed. But the rosters are region-specific, so you need to conquer all of the Bolton lands to get Bolton units, etc.

You can customize civs in the streamingassets folder. No movement though for the moment...
It's just a world generator, so you can't make any video-games with it (for the moment that is). Basically it's just there if you ever wanna create a world for something (tabletop adventure, writing a book, or whatever).

Yeah, TW:W did a great job with the Lizardmen, Skaven, High Elves, Dark Elves, Wood Elves, Tomb Kings, Ogres, Chaos Dwarves, Kislev, etc, and I LOVE how their map includes the Dark Lands, Khemri, Ulthuan, Naggaroth, Lustria, and Araby. (note: irony)

This won't be the case for the mod, as long as you follow the install instructions when we release. I bring this up b/c everybody won't follow the install instructions and will then complain when they get crashes... But yeah, the current version is very stable for us and the beta testers.

That's on purpose, as it doesn't make sense for Westeros to be full of huge cities and citadels 3000 years before Aegon's Conquest.

Sort of, but no army spawns or anything. Instead the player will get bonuses for achieving objectives in distant parts of the map, as well as access to unique units like amazons and mercenaries from Cathay.
All the ugly scripts are gone, the Elves can recruit normally (though with slightly longer times) seeing as they will start in Ulthuan.
Yeah, all the stuff from COW is still here (except the playable Norsca faction which we cut for Wood Elves).
It will be it's own complete download, so you don't need to worry.
