I don't have too much success in the Warfare. I'm started as free stalker, captured the Military checkpoint on South, Rookie village, Farm and a few more points in Cordon, i bought more advanced squads, but the military always recapture it all points.
What should I do?

Anomaly can't run on your PC? You tried with older DirectX?

Don't eat mutant meats! The mutant meats radiate. Buy normal food from the trader.
For money: ask stalkers for missions. Do not search artefacts without SEVA suit.
I suggest you to start again the game at easy level. So many annoying aomalies in the Zone in medium difficulty. You can decrease the number of mutants in settings.

btw You can disable the mask breathing effects in Option!

It's realistic. You cannot repair your broken gun using with a gun oil (in real life too). You need spare parts.

Try go back to NPC where you started the storyline.
Free stalkers have to go back to Sidorovich.

I have to deliver a package to a Mercenary member. The Merc faction are neutral, but the target person, who need the package, he is red (enemy). How is it possible? What can I do?

I started in Clear Sky faction. After when i killed 100 military, the relation between Clear sky and Military has been changed to neutral.

I tried to run in Win7 compatibility mode, did not help.

There is no teleport anomaly.
