This is the single best created Star Wars multiplayer experience out there. Fair warning, the skill ceiling is super high so there are some incredibly skilled players out there, but I am at best a mediocre player and managed to do pretty well and had a ton of fun with this. If you own the game, you owe it to yourself to try this mod out for it.
The world is fantastic. All the armies are well balanced. The mercenary units are highly varied. The minor factions add a lot to the game. The knighthood orders allow me to fill in gaps that my normal troop tree left with interesting elite units. This is by far my favorite mod for the M&B series surpassing even my love of SWConquest. I have put 577 hours into M&B at the time of writing and PoP beats out any other mod in the number of hours by far.
It improves the game in countless ways. It stays true to Warhammer Lore. The new models and animations are professional looking. If you like Dawn of War; There is no reason to not have this mod.
The new world is interesting and full of storys that you can uncover. The custom models look great. The factions are balanced and distinct from one another. I'm having a lot of fun with it as is and I eagerly await more.
I had a ludicrous amount of fun conquering feudal japan! I had a line of musket men ready to usher in the new age in the most violent manner possible. Anyone who likes samurai will love this mod.
I loved the story telling and all the extra tidbits like the fountain of youth and the remnants of previous expeditions. Combat works well for me. Ultimately: I just had a fantastic time playing this. I do wish my character got involved in combat though instead of hiding in his tent.
Sweet Jesus, where do I even start. A whole bunch of new content that really fleshes out the gameplay from minor details to whole new quest lines and areas. If you love KOTOR then you'd be a damn fool to not download this mod.
Feels like a different game. It is a great mod that I strongly recommend to everyone who enjoys starwars.
