What to improve:
1) Don't stretch carpets, it looks really bad, just place few more carpets with normal size, instead of big one
2) There are no doorway inside the secret room in archives
3) After I've got killed by grunt in tunnels(he spawns in prison cell), i couldn't get to the room back, cause the door became locked, so i coudn't continue playing
4) In archive room, there are too bright candles near the enter, it looks weird
5) In the large room which contains bookshelves with lamps and stairs, there a long wall with a lot of lit candles on it, my advice at least unlit some of them, and make light not just binded in ModelEditor, but place them manually in LevelEditor and mix some color value, like make one light a bit lighter, change a color a bit
6) Fill some empty places, like corridor in start location with some paintings, carpets, but don't stretch them
Did the lights (lamps) turn off when you pressed the buttons? If so, you need to restart the generator and try again.
Have you seen a dead body upstairs? There is a fence and a lot of wood planks, and there are lit candles on them. Comparing the height at which they are with the height of each of the buttons, you can determine which buttons to press.

Actually i think you hasn't rotated the valve inside the room for steam regulation and pressure control, which marked as Run steam supply.
I know this puzzle seems very confusing, but it is quite simple actually, just a simple math operations.
The idea is that you need to get a certain number specified in the notes that you can find.
Look, there are only 8 valves, 3 on the pipes, 1 starts the steam supply, 1 on the steam regulator, 3 on GENERATOR.
In the note, the initial output number is 13, by rotating each of the first 3 valves, you either apply or differ the value, depending on the rotation of the valve. Suppose you rotate the valve with mark 1.5, initially it will be turned counterclockwise, if you turn it clockwise it will subtract from your initial value of 1.5(CW(clockwise): 13 - 1.5 = 11.5, CCW: 13 + 1.5 = 14.5), you will have 11.5 and so on. Further the number 11.5 enters the steam regulator, after which it will change as follows:
take a quarter of your number (11.5) and add to it, 11.5 / 4 = 2.875, 11.5 + 2.875 = 14.375 - this is the final number obtained, then this number goes to the generator itself, for each valve on the generator has its own value, for the top valve - 10.625, this means that by manipulating the valves you need to get this number. Also on the generator is another panel, it has a lever, and markings with percentages, for each of the valves it is necessary to set the value that belongs to it, 1-st flow req 10.625 on 2 pipes, it means you need to set percentage separation 50%, if 1 pipe - 100%.
When all is done for certain valve on GENERATOR, then rotate the valve on GENERATOR clockwise direction and then counter clockwise, if you have done right you will hear indicating sound and valve will be unable to rotate.
10.625 on 2 pipes
for top valve use next combination: clockwise 2.0 -> 2.5 -> steam regulator -> 50% ->valve: (13 - 2 - 2.5) = 8.5, 8.5 + 8.5 / 4 = 10.625 on 2 pipes -> 50%
8.75 on 1 pipe
for middle valve use next combination: clockwise 2.0 -> 1.5 -> 2.5 -> steam regulator -> 100% ->valve
11.25 on 2 pipes
for bottom valve use next combination: clockwise 1.5 -> 2.5 -> steam regulator -> 50% ->valve
And remember after every valve fixing on GENERATOR, rotate back all the valves(valves marked as numbers(1.5, 2.5 etc.)) especially steam regulator, just rotate them counter clockwise, if they are not.
