I have said it before and I will say it again, there was a number of Halo mods going for C&CZH - if the modders had got down of their high horse and worked together we could have a full game to play at this stage. Like all things they claim that 'they had artistic differences' but who doesn't in the game designing arena, you can't tell me that EVERYONE who took part in AoE2 was 100 percent happy with the game when it was being made and released!!! – point being, working together will get the job done, staying divided just leaves the community with 3+ broken or unfinished mods... I would have contributed in a combined effort and I contacted a number of the modders telling them I was interested in grouping the individual mods, needless to say I was told to 'butt out' and 'shut up'.

From reading the comments below:
The word ‘Halo’ may be able to be used but things like 'ONI' ect may be risking copyright, also the fact that the name and units look like the in game content means that this could also be grounds for copyright infringement. As you are not making any money of the content there is no use of intelligent property for monetary gain, however copying the exact units/names without consent IS a criminal act and MAY be treated as one. In order to reduce the chances of the happening to the mod (something I really hope does not happen as I would LOVE the play the finished game) you SHOULD tweak the in game content ever so slightly – for example you could call a ‘warthog’ a ‘boar’ and change the look of the vehicle sightly so that it doesn’t completely conform to the model seen in the game Halo Wars. These are JUST suggestions and please do not slam me for making them I know I have contributed NOTHING to the making of this game however advice is free and you can choose to take it or leave it. The last thing I want to see is this game going the same way as ‘HaloGen’
