There's some problem with your mods. I can't play the campaign nor the skirmish. It always goes back to main menu. When I tried changing the settings. It won't save. And shows an error whereing ddraw.dll is being used by another. I'm currently using the 2.1 version of the game.

There is no FIX at all. Because the problem is the ARES.dll itself.

There's an Unknown unit named SKITTERS which AI allied faction can build. Even thou I am using an ALLIED FACTIONS. I cannot build any of those units. Is there a way to build them?

If you're using an origin game. And Installed the CnCNet 5. This mod will not work as it has problems with execution. If you can. Get a copy of the old original 1.001 file which is an old patch to play this mod.

Sorry for the late reply. As far as everything goes. I'm using a legit copy. And still have the old original Yuri's revenge disc which was purchased 17 years ago. And is inside my DVD-Writer(Not the image disc) when I tried to launch the modded Yuri's revenge. But just like the others who are trying to play an UN-MODDED Yuri's revenge on windows 10. The game freezes.

I remember playing this mod on Windows 8.1. Even if its running on 10 to 15 FPS. The game run's fine. My only problem for that time is completing the game. 5 - 6 hours of gameplay for a 55 min. skirmish gameplay. But on windows 10. It's a different story.
As of now, I stopped playing the mod. And removed it all together.

I did it way ahead before I even post a comment on this section such as:
1. Set the compatibility mode to windows XP SP3 on primary RA2YR EXE Files.
2. Set the "Run this program as the administrator".
3. MO client is well updated.
4. Freshly Installed game.
5. No other Programs running on the background.
6. Disabled Steam and EPIC games Launcher.
7. AV off and other utilities.
8. Have a set of pagefiles.sys on my hard drive.
9. Is not overheating. And
10. The MO launcher's Renderer is set to TS-DDRAW or DDrawCompat.

Just so you know, upon launching the game on skirmish mode. The Yuri.exe is using 40% CPU usage. While the DTA client is using 20% of CPU usage. Yet, the only thing it does is Black screen upon the start of the game.
There's a new development. The game managed to load into "Loading skirmish" Which have lasted 3 minutes. And 10 minutes for a complete loading and on the battle interface. Upon deploying the MCV, the game freezes for 30 seconds, and then the complex process continues. Then, it will freeze again for 5 to 10 seconds. This is frequently happening and repeating those game freeze. And it did take 30 minutes just to completely construct all the buildings. I don't even encounter this problem on the old version of MO. So why it's going worst?

Then tell me. Why can I run other games without any problems than the modded Yuri's revenge? I have manage to run the other MOD for yuri's revenge. With the exception of having greater lags when playing the game. Like I said. I re-installed YR + download and updated MO to the latest version which is 3.3.4. So why should MO crash?
Another thing, I have a gaming computer. Which is running on windows 10. So basically, I shouldn't have any problems with the GAME. So how can you say that It's my computer's fault?

Either it's my computer or it is your mod. Upon running the Mental Omega after re-installation. It takes too long for the launcher to run into the main menu. And when the I start a skirmish battle. The only thing I get is a black screen. Then, upon checking my task manager. It seems that YURI.EXE isn't responding. Meaning that the game crashed. Even if I manage to start running the game and into the battle. The game tends to lag or even freeze for 20 to 25 seconds! It's been a long time since the update. When are you gonna release it!?!

How can I record it on my gaming laptop? And yes it has nothing to do with performance but a bug in the game cause I have lots of issues with this game. With the "Yuri's Revenge.exe" at most stops responding after 30 to an hour of gameplay.
You say that this is westwood problem? I have played the original red alert and yuri's revenge game on a brutal AI difficulty. With the game mode set to standard mode. Brutal AI should be behaving accordingly by sending squads of infantry with heroic unit on tow, 5 or more units of artillery, 3 kirov airships or 4 air unit strikes, 5 heavy units like apocalypse, And even 4 suicide units like the demolition truck.
In the modded version of the game. When dealing with 4 enemy AI's and 3 allied AI's. When my location is next to the enemy. It will send an endless units of infantry! (Good thing for income because of mercenary units when using US faction and when using units from secret lab), heroic units can attack high ground units with no problem in range, sends a horde of tesla troopers, terror drones, and flak troopers, and worst part is the wave of kirov airship coming towards my base even if they're on the other side of the map dealing with my other allies! I have played the other yuri mod myself such as the MENTAL OMEGA. However, the problem with that mod is the LAGGINNESS! I played this mod version of yuri because you can speed up the gameplay. Something that is missing on mental omega. There has been so many updates in this mod so I download it and play on my gaming computer. With so many issues on hand. And my comments are being deleted without any violation from the forum or from the developer. I wonder how would the developer like you handle future complainants if they're experiencing the same thing as I do?

Tell me. How can a 4v4 matches lag on a gaming rig? Un-modded Yuri's revenge Runs faster and flawlessly without any lags at all on a gaming rig.
Regarding AI issues. When you perform a patch update. Did it include a performance fix? All I see in every patch are new units and modified scripts. As new patches arrives problems with the existing script increases. Look at the issue of the patriot missile turret. I manage to build more than 10 to counter enemy air units. However, when the enemy aircraft passes through those lines of patriot missile defenses. The turret doesn't attack!
And I have no problems in dealing with brutal HARD AI. What I don't like is they're sending units to me instead of the allied brutal AI enemies!

New issue after applying the latest patch 2.2.10. After loading the game. The only available in the screen is the view of the map and the cursor. The tabs, command bar, the menu for construction, everything except the map is UN-Selectable. Even at the main menu after pausing the game. I cannot select anything at all.

Artic circle, frozen defense, hex bay, bay of pigs 3, Big game hunters, and fox liberty.

Game mode is end of nations, No superweapons, All enemies are hard, Brutal AI is set, and so on.

Even if the Allied AI's are not being attacked first. They should've deployed a lot of units to counter the enemy forces. It doesn't have to wait until they are attacked by the enemy!

Yes I can safely defend my base since the end of nations is on. But it puts a lot of pressure on Fraps. When they are sending waves of different units towards my base. The game tends to lag a lot. And after 20 to 25 minutes of gameplay. The fraps goes down to 10. I have a gaming laptop in the first place. This shouldn't happen on a decade old games with mods!

And when you play on the mirage oasis. What's the enemy AI difficulty? Did you turn on the brutal AI?

Try my version of AI aggressiveness. On a 8 player map. With 4 vs 4 battle(All enemies are soviets and your side are all allies). With hard difficulty and such. The enemy AI aggressively sends waves of infantry, terror drones, and even scorcher! In the latter game. It sends waves of KIROVS and heavy tanks to my base. Meanwhile, They will leave the other AI's alone while you take the pressure from 4 source!

Don't call AI idiocy? Then on a 8 player based map. On a 4 vs 4 skirmish battle. Why are they only attacking me? While the other Allied AI is left alone? I even have to watch out for a wave of kirov's coming from the other corner of the map! You call that a balance?
One more thing. They're rushing me with lots of infantry, scorcher, and terror drones. After 3 minutes of gameplay.

This is another set of questions which will be IGNORED and not be answered by the developers themselves! According to "Morton_AA"
1. Why dogs have limited range while the medic has farther range?
The other issues which aren't related to Morton:
2. The game mode is not set to infantry war. So why is the enemy rushing towards me with tons of different infantry units? And in latter waves. They include rush units.
3. Even under the cover of the disruptors cloaking field. And are on a higher grounds. How can the enemy detect those units if they aren't uncloaked?
4. Archangel, Patriot missiles are anti air units, and mercenaries, jackals, aegis cruiser and decoy army drop's robot IFV can shoot down air units. So why can't they shoot down infantry paratroopers or the escape pilot while in the air?
5. Prism tanks have weaker laser. But acccording to your mod. It is good against light, medium & heavy armour. So why can't it kill a tesla trooper in 1 shot?
6. When an alert comes up. And I press the space button to take right into the action scene. I was directed to the enemy base. Or on the death of the infantry which is not an important scenario. Why I was redirected to a different point of alert?

1. I have a core i7 7th generation laptop. And is running on windows 10. This should be able to run the mod flawlessly. But nooooo.
2. And does other ALLIED AI have FEAR? Where's your validity that AI can smell FEAR?
3. Yes the decimator cannot target AIR units. But with anti-air units in place. What's the validity of having an anihilator turret?
4. Who cares if it cannot perform well against heavy or heroic units? If my majority of infantry aren't even heavy units. Solaris or deathstrike will still work! Not all allied infantry units are heavy. Especially the USA Faction.
5. I did tried mining on different ore fields. The results are same. And worst. A fully loaded miner won't even dock with the refineries to unload the cargo.

2. Does AI have nose?
3. What's Acnnot? I tried looking at the RR page. It doesn't exist.
4. If its a heavy infantry, a hero unit, or a fully promoted infantry. Does Plague strike perform well on them? NO.
5. I have 4 ore refineries and 8 ore miners. Almost all of them only warp at 1 refineries.
6. Even with dogs deployed. They don't attack the spies automatically unless it's near the base.

I know what ignorant is. I'm just expressing it!

And does the AI use fusion thrusters? Or do you even use fusion thrusters to move your vehicles faster? Let me remind you that is a soviets ability. And unlike the plague strike. Fusion thrusters can be used to speed up miners! Its a useful ability than the plague strike!

Even tanya. Is the most unused character in this mod because she can't neither defend herself, nor attack any infantry\vehicle that comes into her range unless order to do so! She is the most weakest heroes in the skirmish game after spanner! Most players will use headhunter as it is the perfect alternative to tanya.

Plague strike is way too OP? It won't even kill enemy infantries in the first place compared to the death strike or the solaris strike which clearly can kill infantry!

I thought the latest patch fix some of the issues? How come everything's the same like the FF.:
1. Game tends to slow down at the middle of the match. Even when using a gaming PC. The FPS slows down to 15 until it was 10. This kind of issue also exist in mental omega.
2. Why are the enemy AI's still sending a horde of units towards my base and not the other allied AI in a 4 vs 4 match?
3. The spanner + Decimator Mech combo has been proven as the best combo. So why still include the Annihilator turret if its not gonna be used most of the time?
4. The plague strike is a useless ability which does not kill the infected infantry. Meanwhile, the death strike ability does better in killing infantry. As well as the solaris strike. So what's the use of this useless ability in the game?
5. Ore miners tends to stop mining without any interaction with the player. And some of the time. The ore miners at full cargo load tends to stop in front of the ore refinery. Doing nothing at all.
6. Attack dogs attack infiltrators too late.
