Hey just discovered this mod today. Got everything installed, and placing the .pak HD textures, but it seems like the HD textures aren't installed/activated when I run the game. Am I supposed to do something to activate the HD textures?

Hey Caustic – how much is being 'polished' right now as we patiently await next steps from Square Enix? e.g.: is it adding extra graphical elements, lighting/textures – or is it just more of squashing bugs that weren't previously discovered?
P.S. keep it up guys, what you're doing looks absolutely fantastic. Really looking forward to engulfing myself with this mod.
