Your first post is pretty much spot on. Russian tanks keep getting better and the german tanks are usually over tiered. The T-34s aren't the issue, it's the IS-1s through 4s that are. Hell they gave the IS1 apcr the last patch but the tiger H1 still doesn't get it evn though it's fighting tanks it didn't actually see. Never mind the Tiger 2 H meeting T-54s and IS-4s.

IMHO the blitz mod is already (and was already) better than CoH2. the only real difference is the russian faction and the blizzard conditions. blitz mod already has the cammo mechanics implemented. if you ask me moving this to or making this for CoH2 would just be a waste of assets better spent on CoH.

i've seen this in buildings state side. older buildings which have been converted into lofts or such have windows literally cut into the existing outer walls. looks like **** but it works.

ya, as someone who works with metals, those sparks are only hot for about 2 seconds and not nearly hot enough to melt through one of those tanks. the worst that would happen is metal buildup on the exposed side, but it just brushes off.

I dont see the big deal, if your going to be greedy and deny use of your content dont release it. Otherwise as long as credit is given who cares? Frankly people are just too damn proud and greedy these days, if your gonna make something for the community why limit its use?

When I make, head, or work on a mod I dont care if permission was given or not but I do make sure to give proper credit to the maker(s).

so this will be the grave stone for the BF series being a full fledged PC title then? i mean really if you cant mod a real BF game on the pc where is the replay value? surely not EVERYONE on pc who buys the game for pc will want the same boring mp experience forever, will they? I think this means i wont be buying the game, I regretted buying BC2 because of its console limited play type and look/feel but this will have to be the last straw for me I think. I'd classify a q9650 @ 3.42ghz, 4gb of ram and 3 gtx 470s really high end lol. I don't know how realistic it is to blame lag since it doesn't appear to have anything to do with frame rates.

the difference is that if I like what I pirated I'll buy it. On the other hand if I buy it and don't like it I can't get my money back. In the end some one is always getting robbed it's either you because you bought it and hate it or them b/c you wanted to try it first.

Personally I think come of these companies ask for it when they pull stuff like crysis 2, silent hunter 5, farcry 2 etc. Hell if they just release a respectable demo they wouldn't have so much piracy.

and for all those saying it's so wrong, do you mind sending some of that money my way. I'm afraid I don't have an infinite supply of cash do waste on crap games that I can't try any other way.
