I assume he wants it on the one that plays in the Bar for nostalgia's sake. I would like a small walk through for that at least.

He is probably relating to this thread:
I did not come up with any idea that I should be credited for though, I was just being clueless. Thanks for the upload!
Hello SoLatee,
first of all great work to reintroduce the SoC sounds. They are way superior in my opinion, especially the silencer sounds which are plain garbage in CoP.
I am playing Anomaly, a CoC based modification and it already has StCoP integrated. That has mostly great sounds already but the VSS and VAL, or pretty much all silenced 9x39mm rifles, have a slightly unsatisfactory sound that does not even sound like the real thing one bit. Just dropping in the files into gamedata obviously won't work. Could you tell me which config will I would have to edit to make that work?
Sincerely,
Nighthawk
I have been mostly fine with regards to glossy surfaces. I toned them down a bit in the options. The only stuff that still looks a little off are characters in the rain.
Which DirectX setting are you using?
I never had hostile factions spawn in the rookie village myself. Which repair option are you using? The technicians?
I have very few crashes, maybe two or three in several hours of gameplay and most of them can be traced to addons I installed.
Check the "Game" or weather options, you can set what happens to NPCs that are caught outside. I don't know what the default setting is.
Take a look at your PDA. All achievements and their requirements are listed there. There is one related to turning off the psi emitters; I believe it is called Duga-free but the requirements should, as I've said, be stated in your PDA.
I have only tried the analogue ones yet but they are okay to make out mutants twilight easier but indeed, they do not work at all in very dark areas like the labs. I am not sure whether this is intentional as night vision always needs some form of light to be able to emphasize it. Since the night vision in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. sadly has no IR light, we're stuck with that. I remember that the NVGs in vanilla also were not the greatest; at least in SoC.
You should check the option that regulates those glossy surfaces. Yes, I've had that happen as well but it works okay now; however sometimes I still get environment lighting that does not fit the weather above.
Okay, ignore Number 3. After a very long time, the weather finally changed.
Is it just me or does DX10 look better than DX11 in this mod?
Hello everyone,
first of all, kudos for that mod. Together with a few addons, it really manages to bring together the elements of CoM and Last Day while getting rid of the artificial nuisances that come with said mods.
I have a few questions however:
1. After installing a few addons, I had a CTD without errors while starting up the game on Windows 10: In good old Windows 7, I used to get an x-ray-engine error with an error code so that fixing the issue by googling was way easier; does anybody know if one can enable that?
2. I fixed that error by removing "update-999-modarmorandtools.db0". I guess it's more likely part of an addon instead of the base Anomaly?
3. I have a very oddly bright sky and there seems to be no weather cycle. I have read that older versions of Anomaly have issues with the weather. Is there anyway to fix it?
Thanks in advance.
Hello everyone,
Last Day uses a different ambient soundtrack but the "vanilla" ones of ShOC and CS are simply way superior in my opinion. Is there any way to get them back in? I have the whole trilogy so I should be able to access the sound files there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Nighthawk
Bit late but you usually find them in stashes around the maps.
