i agree with this. what you have here is fantastic and there is no other game around that lets you play this way so if you get told by the toffs at nintendo to stop just change the name and the monsters and your good to go. Instead of Pokeballs you can have a PDA that lets you call out Monsters to fight kind of like a Digimon/Pokemon monster fighting adventure lol
