That is a weird bug. Please make savegames and send them to my email address found in the readme file, explain the problem again and I will take a look into it. Thanks.
But it could always be that the savegame is corrupted in a unpredictable way. Try loading an older savegame and see if the problem persists.

You have to drag and drop the folder rewired into \missions
NOT the content inside that folder
NOT the whole zip file
If you still use the old enhanced edition without the sourceport update
then you have to follow package A instructions.

Right now its adviced to have multiple savegames of course when something like this happens. The savegame might be corrupted or something else out of my control happened. Updating such bugs will require to update the rewired.dat, which would make your savegames incompatible anyway.

I will see to upload a separate update for ReWired that fixes some of the AI's that cause trouble for the player. For now, I can't do anything for you about it.

This is confusing for a lot of people.
If you have the GOGversion right now, its under SS1EE\res\missions still. There was a patch for it yesterday. GOG is slow in updating, while Steam already uses the new %appdata% ALREADY. Because it got the update faster than GOG. In a couple of days even the GOG version will use %appdata% exclusively.
I am sorry guys, this is out of my control and I have to wait for GOG as much as you guys have to wait for it.

If you DONT have the GOG or Steam Version and use the floppy or classic or cd-rom version, then you have to follow the installation instructions for PACKAGE A:

Yeah, the intention was not to deliver the greatest mods. The intention is to have some mods available. Otherwise the sourceport modification menu would have looked empty.

Maybe a combat difficulty 4 mod at one point. But that is far into the future. And exploding fire exinquishers are important! They really are! *sarcasm ;)

Nightdive Studios releases their Sourceport in a few days. The update as well as an additional Modpack got delayed with it. I can't release the update as long as the Sourceport is not out. Thanks for your patience!

Hey thank you for the nice words. I really went overboard with cyberspace. But I didn't liked how basic, small and wee easy the original cyberspace levels are. So I wanted to compensate that.
There is a path that lets you bypass all 3 cyberspace levels and requires you only to do the shodan cyberspace.

The sequel mod won't have cyberspace.. and if then only small easy sections. Fully voiced release comes out soon too. Future is bright!

Hey. I am fully aware of this bug. And I have no means to fix or remove it unless I make cyberspace unexitable (exiting it results in the players death). At one point along the production the archive must've been corrupted and now there is nothing I can do about it. I hate this bug! :(

Well, if you knew that you would hate cyberspace in the first place, why didn't you set cyber difficulty to 0, which is baby mode? Thanks for the nice comment and otherwise good words about the mod. Lucky for you too, next mod won't have cyberspace.

thanks for playing. You are awesome. I am currently working on the final version of the mod after all the great feedback I received. The green forcefield place will be better telegraphed in this version then. Also there is a bug for some people that makes the forcefield reappear when going 25% or lower? It will have some changed places, enemy placements and hopefully audiologs. Wait for version 1.3 which will be the final.

The inkyblackness tools predate the release of the sourcecode. It's entierly made with inkyblackness. How much the tools improved since the sourcecode release. I don't know. I'm just using the tools.

Security level of the medical deck must be 35% or lower.
There seems to be a bug for some people where the green forcedoor reappears when going lower than 25%, which should be impossible? Will be fixed in next major release.

You can deactivate the trap near the cyborg conversion by finding a well hidden button somehwere in this area above.
The ICE defenses in terminal 3 and 4 are hard yes, but they are solveable if you dodge out of ICE projectiles so the next projectile of the ICE doesnt shoot in your direction. BUT the ICE protected items in cyberspace are SUPER POWERFUL stuff. So it's okay that they are so difficult to hack.
I will move some triggers and forcedoors to furher away locations in the next major update of the FM.
It is not possible to revive in engineering on one of the two paths unless you activate the cyborg converseion which is only available to you on the NOT coolant tube path.

Yes, there is a fanmission loader. And yes, ReWired can be loaded with it. But at this point of time the mod is not fully supported by the SP beta and is prone to crash. I am currently working on figuring out these crashes and I hope to release a supported ReWired version by the time the Sourceport is released. Together with a Talkie-Version that has fully supported audio for audiologs.

When you go to the Cyberminefield Control, you land in a room and you have to kill the enemies to open the way to the 2nd room. There you also kill all the enemies and unlock the path to the minefield deactivation switch.

After hitting that switch. Go back to the starting point and go down to the Barrickade control room and deactive the barricade to be able to go through the final Switch and leave.
