For people and teams developing mods and games with Valve's Source engine.
- "Foundry" on the main menu (an unreleased in-game tool related to editing maps)
- "Maya" button on the left (for quickly exporting brushes to models?)
- And obviously, there's been a bit of a change to the colour scheme!
What is that tool under the vertex manipulator tool?
Try reading the image description. :P
It says Maya, probably relatid to Maya 3D
its the coding tool
DO WANT!
I've always found this color scheme hard to work with, with other editors...
How the **** do you know this? :o
Do you think they will release it as a new SDK or they just update current Orange box SDK ?
The new color scheme looks bad in my opinion. Looks harder to see brushes on the grid. Although, that maya tool sounds pretty interesting.
Valve said both Foundry and Whiskey Sour are 'side projects' which could mean new games (Counter-Strike: Source on OB, anyone?). Probably not related to L4D.
Whiskey Sour? Never heard of that one before.
it doesn't say Maya, it couldn't they support XSI it would be blasphemy.
FFFFFFFUUUUUUUU i want maya tool for orange box sdk :(
