Can you identify the m4 upper receiver?
Looks more like an HK 416 to me.

okay so none of you know jack about upper recievers, I am 90% sure that the muzzle cap is a magpul, so from that I believe the handguards are also magpul custom made parts.
I got it: Vltor.com VLTOR modded upper
...that's the RIS hand guard, not the actual upper receiver, I think he's inquiring on the bit with the custom forward assist? And I think the flash hider's from Noveske.
