Thanks! I've got most of the map done, but I've hit a wall. I want to make the tunnel areas feel more like tunnels (as opposed to perfectly square corridors), but every time I try it never turns out the way I want it to. Ah well, guess I need more practice. ;)

Description

Comparison of the armor room from the first level of Doom (e1m1: The Hangar) and my rebuild. I'm trying to capture the feel of the original as closely as possible while still updating the map to take advantage of the Source Engine. I'm rebuilding the original Doom map as my mapping tutorial. I haven't done any mapping for around 10 years, so I'm pretty much starting from scratch.
