Cad bane is not really a cool new character, I think so. Cydon Prax would have been better
I found the clone too humanized, a regular clone trooper can evolve and find himself different from an other, but he's far to be a deserter and develop a totally different personnality and be tatooed (Even if this was used to differenciate the clone from an other fellow).
An arc or a commando can be
In cons you should have added: "Ridiculous blocus and space battle"
-> 3 poor ships called a blocus, wow..
-> Also the space battle with their 2 venators vs 3 CIS ships
ARCs, Commandos, and Bread Clone Commanders had the ability to think for themselves and question orders when they seemed unclear or endangered large numbers of troops/civilians. other than that, your generic private, sergeant and captain clone troopers did not have this ability. its when the generic bottom of the barrel, infantry grunts started to question orders is when they started contradicting Episode II Attack of the Clones.
as for the clones having personalities thats entirely plausable and i actually like how they did that. but your generic infantry grunt, boots on the ground, front line infantry clones were bread specifically so they took "any order without question"
therefore your generic clone is unable to intentionally dessert the GAR (MIA is completely different, if they go missing and are unable to regroup thats fine but if they were to be found or found their way back on their own, their genetics would kick in and they'd immediately regroup with their section), theyre unable to question orders (again only ARCS, Commandos, and Commanders posses that ability), and most certainly they're unable to commit treasonous acts.

For the other Pros and Cons i agree
So just because some Clones were trained in higher levels means they can think higher?
Yeap, their genetic constitution was made like this
