Correl: second to Photoshop. Photoshop: second to Paint. Paint: second to none!
Actually, I think Correl is in a class of its own as its more for projects (My dad uses Correl to design posters for his presentations). Photoshop is for serious visual effects, and Paint is for basic picture editing or for trashing STAR WARS THE CLONE WARS (2008 obiviously, we don't want to trash the micro series) :)
True, my dad uses all of them (except paint ;) ). He has a tablet and pen that he uses to edit photos and art for (obviously) photographers and artists. Paint still destroys all of them, especially Windows 7 version (which I have).
