It looks very cool, but, I don't know what's wrong, and I'm using the latest version of gzdoom, something I'm doing wrong?

Not sure, my friend. Simply load pk3 along with rest of your usual load order. Option shold show in GZDoom -> GlowInTheDark options. There is a hard switch to enable / disable.

Alternatively, download the 'lighting collection' I uploaded. Same file though should be in there.

Just now I go to download most recent gzdoom (it is march 2023 i post, version i download is dec 2022). I unzip. Put doom 2 wad in unzipped gzdoom folder. copy paste GlowInTheDark. Drag GlowInTheDark onto GzDoom 4.10.whatever. Loads just fine for me, friend.
