As Samantha (the player), you will interact with a living world of complex interactions using the vehicle of skateboarding to traverse the virtual environments. Your primary goal is to rebuild the town’s destroyed skatepark by repairing the damaged relationship skaters have with the people of the city. The player’s supporting goal in this endeavour is to earn enough money to pay for the construction permits to rebuild the skatepark. Your actions as you freely roam the neighborhood, the mall, the skate shop and the high school will either aid in these goals or hinder them. The player will find themselves using their skateboard to travel the Mall in search of a job, skating in vert ramp competitions to earn cash and to meet up with friends at the arcade or high school. It's small-town America, so everything you do is interconnected and talked about by the local citizens. It affects how they interact with you. Your free to go and tear up the sidewalks in town, run over pedestrians, interrupt traffic in town...but no one is going to give you that break you might need.
