Nickelodeon-inspired player models for Quake III addon

Also includes botfiles and unique sounds for both characters (most of Sandy's sounds imported from the older mod, just like the model). Just copy the two md3_ pk3s to baseq3, as is typical for Quake III player model packs.

B) inconsistent texture in Boots' soles (red was lighter than blue).

Non-default FFA skin for Sandy (SuperSandy), and extra dialogue for Sandy's botfile for a wider variety.

Error in Sandy's new chatlines that caused one of her match losing lines to print the previous line she spoke halfway through the message.

Icon for SuperSandy so it does not match default Sandy.

Edit 12/01/2018; added:

Flower for Sandy's head; subsequently fixed Sandy chatlines related to a helmet (having only the flower represents that the helmet is transparent).
