Patch v1.2
PatchKalypso Media has released patch v1.2 for Patrician IV.
As a resident of a medieval town, your goal is to rise from the status of a simple, insignificant trader to that of a Patrician and perhaps even become the head of the Hanseatic League. You can raise your standing through building construction sites, town improvement and diplomacy or fill your coffers through piracy.

This game is awesome but can get quite difficult if you have too many buildings in a city you aren't mayor (the taxes bit), I never was a mayor of any town, sooooo, if I become a Mayor, will I need to pay taxes on my buildings?
