Mytho Legends, being a creature-collection game, is all about collecting and forming your own team to achieve better results. Through this concept the player will also learn their creature's backgrounds, know a little bit more about their history and culture and understand their powers and skills. You will be able to visit different worlds with different creatures in which the player has the task of winning a number of rounds until they reach the final boss.
It's been a few months ever since I started working on Mytho Legends, but it's finally starting to come to an end. For this week I am showcasing my first build of the vertical-slice, where you can see basic gameplay features, menus, UI elements, and so on.
Please note that I am quite inexperienced with Unity (PlayMaker) still, but opinions would be very helpful! Here's the video:
I am still planning on adding more animations to the characters, if I have time, and a system that lets you get to know more about each mythical creature, for educational purposes.
Next week will be my last to "complete" this project, so I hope to see you again soon with a final version!
