Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries is a battlemech piloting simulation and part of the Mechwarrior and Battletech universe unleashed by FASA Studios. In April 2010, MekTek received permission from Microsoft to release the game for free using their MekMatch torrenting program. Now that MekTek has refocused its energies on Heavy Gear, it is up to the community to keep the classic mech piloting tradition alive. This group will also serve as a platform for downloading new content created by the community, including new maps,mods and mech decals, some of which have been hosted by other enthusiast sites.
Description
Replaces the mektek camouflage with the ones from the original version of mercenaries! to install it just replace RESOURCE\props.mw4 and RESOURCE\textures.mw4 with the ones provided. Requires Mektek Mechpak 3.1 version 0029 or 0030 visible as the last four numbers of the exe version or the top right of the multiplayer connect screen. Now with optional replacement MechLabs!

Hey man, doesnt seem to work for me, if you want a copy of the Error message let me know
Can you show me the message? Did it say invalid, or unsupported? I got that message.
When I try to move over the two files and load the game anytime I load the mechlab it crashes and I receive the error message
File not found 'Content\MercsShellScripts\Mechbay\weapons.script'
And if I go back to the backup directory I have of the game, it runs just fine, so for some reason whenever I try to replace the two files it makes the game unplayable, however it loads and will let me go to the main menu
I'm having the same issue here too. Have you ever found a way around it?
Is this compatible with the mechstorm hd textures?
i have mektek 3.32 which includes battlecobra and linebacker. battlecobra is missing a small piece of texture in the waist, and linebacker when i select it the game crashes. is there any way to patch it?
