No.
Maybe you can modifie liblist.gam and change the beginning map. replacing "c0a0" with "valve" but the problem is... how we can now than its going to follow the maplist?

You can maybe put in a line in autoexec.cfg, which says "map valve.bsp", which should make the game automatically load the map on game startup.
