I believe I remember first seeing this in Cleaner's Adventures and wondering where I could grab it.

I think it was some other M16 model in Cleaner's Adventures. I believe it was Romka's, made out of HD pack M4 and modified to look like M16. I may have this model in my archives somewhere too
