ARR!!! Alcoholic Rad Relief

Adds radiation removal to the various alcohol you can find in game stalker and or pirate style. I got the idea then saw that there is at least one mod that adds this to just the vodka for a decent sum but I liked the idea of it being on all alcohols to varying extents.

Looking at the files I noticed the regular beer didn't have what it needed to be effected by party boy rank 2 so a little fix there on top of the mods main goal.

The radiation removal amount varies by beverage and is effected by both survival mode, Halved effect and doubled duration and party boy/girl rank 2 which doubles the effect.

What it does specifically, The duration on all of them is five seconds the same as radaway.

Radaway for comparison removes 60 Rads/sec for 5 seconds.

Beer:
All types warm - 8 Rads/sec
All types ice cold - 12 Rads/sec

Bourbon: 16 Rads/sec

Bobrov's Moonshine: 20 Rads/sec

Dirty wastelander: 30 Rads/sec

Rum: 18 Rads/sec

Whiskey: 14 Rads/sec

Wine: 14 Rads/sec

Wine Amontillado: 20 Rads/sec

I gave the dirty wastelander the largest bonus because it's craftable, Otherwise I gave different amounts to the liquors based off the items value for a little variation.

The optional Valdacils sorting version adds the [Liquor] tag to the editied alcohols and needs to be loaded after Valdacils sorting.
