For some reason, the devs never implemented a second set of raider graffiti and left them in the game files.

V1.1 – Z-fighting was reduced in some areas by moving the graffiti slightly away from walls and other surfaces. The flickering caused by Z-fighting can only be mitigated.
This mod restores Raider graffiti that, for some reason, was never implemented in the game despite being in the files. The texture and meshes were there, so all I had to do was open the GECK and add the meshes into an ESM.

I placed these graffiti in various areas controlled by Raiders (indoor and outdoor areas). No existing graffiti has been removed. I've just added the new ones next to them (and/or on empty walls).

“How did you come up with the idea for this mod?”
The idea for this mod came about when I checked the Blending Graffiti mod. I noticed many NIFs pointed to a texture full of graffiti that I'd never seen in the game (RaiderGraf02.dds). I extracted the “Fallout - Textures.bsa” file and noticed that the texture existed, as did the NIFs in “Fallout - Meshes.bsa” extracted later.
Furthermore, I opened “Fallout 3.esm” in GECK to understand what was happening and noticed that the game only listed the NIFs RaiderGraf01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, and 08, which used the “raidergraf01.dds” texture. The RaiderGraf09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 meshes were not listed and therefore not used.
My research confirmed that these assets were cut content from the game, and after watching some GECK
tutorials on YouTube, I decided to create them. It took longer than I'd imagined, as the most annoying part was positioning the meshes close to the walls while trying to avoid the infamous z-fighting.

Everyone is free to edit this mod according to their preferences.
“How do I install this mod?”
Install it as you would any other mod, using MO2 or Vortex. There are several tutorials on YouTube on the subject.
“I'm creating a mod, and I'd like to put these graffiti in the scenarios I'm putting together.”
If you're creating a mod and plan to use the graffiti in your mod, select “Raiders Graffiti Restored.esm” when you open GECK. If you don't, they won't be loaded.
Remember to allow the GECK to load multiple ESMs by editing “bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1" in
“Documents\My Games\Fallout3\GECKCustom.ini”.
I recommend you use GECK Extender, to make your life easier.
