This is the full version of The Dawn of the Tiberium Age v4.15.3: all files necessary to play are included, so you also don't need to have the original game installed.
To install the mod, simply extract all files to an empty folder and run DTA.exe to play.

How come Soviets can't build APCs in classic mode? O.o
They still have the Soviet-exclusive Heavy APC. Only the normal fast APC was removed, it was a request from Classic mode players.
Oh OK, makes sense.
Actually, I was wrong. Soviet indeed has no APC in Classic mode right now, but that's fine since they also had no APC in Red Alert.
The most important thing to add is Lan!
Its all very good, but why is there not included the vanilla campaign from c&c? Since c&c doesnt go well on win7 its not easy to play the old campaign and I downloaded this hoping to play it. I was dissapointed...
Re-creating the Tiberian Dawn campaigns would take a lot of work, and you can still play TD on Windows 7 (and newer) with work-arounds. Because of that, we decided that it's better to focus on creating unique missions. Plus it's more fun for the mission makers (me) than re-creating missions from TD.
A shame. Thanks for answering anyway.
