Nice mod! I like what you've got going here! A little feedback:
Headshots feel a little off in that I have to noticeable aim above their heads to reliably score a headshot, rather than at the head. This might be due to bullet spread, but it feels like I'm compensating for distance even though I'm like 5 feet away.
What do the blue potions do now? I've been picking them up but don't see any HP increases or anything. Do they stop bleeding instead?
The armor system is really cool, I like how you actually swap out the sets and they have some basic stats. Would love to see it get even more in depth with bullet vs fire resistance, etc.
I'm not seeing any pickup messages, is this intentional or did I mess something up with my HUD?
A HUD indicator to show a shell is chambered on the shotguns would be nice. As is it looks like you'll have, say, 3 shells in it when you pick it up, reload it to 6, then lose one because you have to pump it to chamber a shell.
I had a Hell knight get stuck in the air mid leap because he triggered some infighting with Imps and they held him in the air as they melee'd him.

Bullets seem to be stopping outright in front of enemies.
Love the weapons and i want more of it!
Do you plan on replacing the BFG anytime soon?
