Thader Games company

Thader Games was founded in early 2015 by a group of passionate people who has been working for more than 10 years in the digital entertainment industry. The vision of our company is to deliver high quality games to a wide audience across all the different platforms of the mobile ecosystem. We are currently focussing our efforts into the casual mobile games segment, trying to make games in cycles of 2-3 months.

Our organization is pretty flat, there is a management team that provide feedback to the teams but they won't force any team to follow their directives. The people working in the game has almost the full control of the game, they decide what, how and when to do the things. Our production cycle is short and we iterate really fast, using SCRUM as basis, we try to have something new to show to the management every week. We work in remote using tools like Skype, BitBucket, Google drive or Trello.

We already have a game in the market (softlaunch in 5 countries, 4.8 Stars avg, over 130 reviews) called Worch, that is a word search game with unique gameplay elements and original hand made graphics.

Another project is in the pipeline and the development has begun, it is a card match game with some really interesting new mechanics.
