I have been trying to load into larger scale battles on the siege maps like Minas Tirith and the Hornburg. It does not load the maps correctly. They load with what is basically normal terrain with some features like trees and hills. I have read other forums that suggest deleting some of the files within the mod itself to help remedy this situation but I am unsure of this. My setup is also capable of running this mod so it only leads me to believe that there is an issue with the mod itself, or that potentially I have installed it wrong...
its more likely that you are not setting the correct city size or culture, but if that is not the case then yes you have installed the mod incorrectly.
I doubt this comment will be seen but there is a problem that I am having with The Hornburg siege map. When playing a custom battle with multiple attacking armies, the deployment zones for the attackers allow them to deploy on the hills behind the wall. When the battle starts all of the armies that deployed behind the wall just run down the hill into the fortress. This issue with the deployment zones makes it impossible to play a custom battle at The Hornburg with more than one attacking army. If you could fix it so that the deployment zones for the attackers did not exist behind the wall that would be amazing. Ive seen a fix on a TW forum post from many years ago about expanding the defenders deployment zones to force the attackers to deploy in front of the fortress, but I have no experience with modding in total war so I would not know how to do this on my own. Love the mod though
we have a fix, but it was misplaced for the last patch, it will be added again in the next patch.

I have followed total war for many years and I love the third age stuff loads.
I have downloaded third age Reforged not to long ago since I heard about the campaign. I have found a few issues which may help you with a few issues as reported on the website that you may or may not know about.
crashing only seems to happen at the end of all turns during the rebels turn.
hobbit faction is put in the wrong place on the map
the campaign alliances don't seem to want war with each other the campaign is very peaceful.
when a war is declared nothing really much happens. both realms ignore each other and rarely there is a battle. as a player vs ai I have noticed that the enemies don't seem to want to attack your bases at all they would rather attack single or a few units out side of the base very, very rare do they wish to engage in battle unless they are being attacked and forced into battle.
I have had no issues on playing in city battles like some players have suggested has happened to them very city battle has happened for me so far and most cities look amazing.
Over all the game its self looks and plays amazing and I'm sure next patch would make it even better. I hope this information has helped you with the development of the game and I hope this information will help you fix the small issue that I see.

campaign is still in early development and a farcry of what it will be,
nonetheless thank you for your feedback, those things will definately be tackled before the final release of the mod.
