You didn't change the second head.
There was no second head to change with and the mouth doesn't move because i couldn't find the original model from the early version of opposing force so i had to stick with the playermodel version which has no mouth unfortunately.
The Otis model from Opposing Force has 2 head variations: Half-life.fandom.com
First one has no moustache, and the second does.
i know but there was no other brand new head to change with.
You could change both heads to the multiplayer-Otis' one. That's all I wanted to say, sorry.

Amazing job, but in game there a second Otis, that have mustache and without a helmet, bald, probably it's the same Otis as multiplayer version, just after release.
