1024 x 1024 - 8 player FFA - Ultimate Apocalypse Compatible / Mechanicus, Imperial, Test, Arena, Lanes, Alley, Dirt, Bunker, Fort.
Something fairly straight forward, just an 8 player free-for-all map with lots of lanes and req. points. Modelled to resemble some form of Mechanicus testing ground for titanic weaponry. Don't forget to rate and comment to let me know what you want to see or if there's any problems with the map, enjoy!
I remember your previous DoW maps. You are the one of the best!
Thanks man that’s very kind. Don’t forget to tell me what you thought of the map and also what you’d like to see if future maps. This one was kind of at the request of Dominant_Hunter who wanted a big 8 player map, so feel free to request stuff cause it helps give me ideas what to make next.
Edit: Also just realised you’re Jones1979 you made Jaguar Desert that’s hands down my favourite map bar-none. Love your work.
Also if anyone happening to read this has any knowledge about making 3D models or custom assets for specifically Dawn Of War please contact me I want to be able to make my own simple custom objects and textures so that I have so simple building blacks to help build out levels as the existing assets are fairly limited with regards to structures. Things like just flat square terrain pieces I can use for roofs or bridges.
I am not mapper, so I have no relation to Jaguar Desert map.
And what regards to 3D assets, there is private online community, where people uploads such assets from time to time, and since you proved yourself worthy) ask Gambit_1 to add you there).
Well, brothers Patriarch and Cneo in the Unification Steam team channel are excellent mappers, and have created some REAL MARVELS!!
So if you are interested brother PhotogenicWhorse, PM me and I will try to make your acquaintance :)
Great to see someone still developing maps. You have inspired me to give it a go too.
