My first addon! (please be nice, I'm still learning).
This adds the Kriss Vector SMG from TAZ 2.0 to anomaly, using DLTX for conflict-free adding.
The zip file also includes a patch for Magazine Redux and to add it to NPC's.
Mod Requirements :
- DLTX - Differential LTX Loading. is a hard requirement.

Hi, yes, I tried to fix it, but something is off with the animations. Since I can't edit the ones I have from TAZ, I have to go with trial and error...
Would be nice to have a working animation but that is just a minor bug in my eyes.

I tried to fix the Nimble Desert Eagle model animation from TAZ 2.0. Never found how do it in the end... Just inexistent slide and magazine animations.
well chances are, they are in the AK74 animation file, as most are bundled in there...
there is actually but dev give more priority to improved the game quality than sorting the weapon class, since it can be edited easily with notepad++ by unpacking the db inside tools folder in anomaly main game folder, also you can check what weapon inside debug mode for example most aks74u mostly in rifle section and ppsh200 also in rifle section for some reason...
yeah I changed it to be added in the SMG class. Ultimately "class" is a bit of a grey area. Is a full-automatic Glock with extended magazine a pistol or a SMG? is a semi-automatic M14 an Assault rifle or a sniper rifle? but yes, as you've said, it's easy to change :)

so far none as a reddot is already mounted on it, the custom one has a fixed aimpoint reddot. I've seen models with other scopes, so I'll dig around a bit to see what I can do.
On my end:
- when I reload, the actual magazine stays in the gun while the animation plays
- there's no sound for unsilenced shot
- the arms position is much further then for other guns (using TAZ 3.0)
Also it'd be nice if the attachments would work instead of having a normal gun and a custom version with the silencer and aimpoint.

the "normal" (tan colored) version can attach the 45cal silencer...
you hear no sound? that is very odd, it plays perfectly for me. Do you have any sound mods installed that might overwrite the sound file or so?
yes the other addons (scopes) is something I0m still looking into
re: arms: I'm not playing with TAZ 3.0 but with B&S, I guess this has to do with the FOV and the repositioning. Not sure there's anything I can do really... but if you happen to make a patch to make it work better with TAZ 3.0, I'd be more than happy to add that patch to the mod
Yeah I think for the sound and arms issue, it could be TAZ that's my issue. But yeah really weird how it's only the shooting sound that is missing, everything else is there.
However I don't really understand why the magazine is not ejecting when the reload animation plays.
I've already ported the tactical val to TAZ 3.0 and for those everything was working fine.

The test results are great. You fixed and improved it. I'm glad new weapons are used
There are five problems: 1. the scopes are static, you need to make them dynamic. 2. Need a patch for EFT Reposition. 3. there is no incomplete recharge and removing the spell. 4. Full recharge is static, the magazine cannot be removed. 5.There is no Russian localization. And so, not bad

Not showing up anywhere in the game. Not in any weapon category. Tried buying from Dushman and Nimble - nada.
Do I have to enable it somehow?
Do you have DLX installed? Yesterday I realized that it needs to be installed for the weapon to appear

I don't know why, but the miniatures of the weapons in the inventory and in the store look bad, they look as if they were enlarged and they do not look complete, as if they were located
Another thing, is it normal for the weapon to do so little damage? I would hit an enemy like 3 magazines in selective fire to make me safe from hitting it and I could barely kill him
Yeah, from the looks of the weapon config file, the damage numbers don't seem to be in line with the rest of the Anomaly weapons that use ammo_11.43x23.

UMP45 (for example): hit_power = 0.56, 0.56, 0.56, 0.56
good catch! I'll edit that to match Anomaly better (it's the value from TAZ 2.0, where the values are nerfed a bit)
