Blue Shift: Low-Def Civilian Scientists addon

Update: Added no tie variant, minor texture edits.

Instructions:
Navigate to your Half-Life directory (Something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\[USERNAME or common]\half-life). Blue Shift should already be installed here.
Place the "bshift_addon" folder in that directory. Launch Blue Shift, go to Options-->Video and tick the "Allow custom addon content" box.
