I like to play with minimap and so here's a new minimap. This addon adds a beautiful and functional minimap with a real mini compass.
In options, some news icons, more visibles...and Bart's Radar stealth and detection bars.
This addon works in all Anomaly versions.
Setup instructions:
I advice to use a mod manager.

all that i wanted was the minimap to be just a compass, i don't want to show the actual map, just the directions. is that what this is?
Edit: Nvm i took a look at the texture (dds) and ins't what im looking for :(
No it is a minimap with a little compass.
Nice design i really dig it! But for some reason when you get near objective on minimap they look like blank grey square. Was that intentional?

Couple issues. The purple stash icons are squares. And the detection meters are much too dark and tend to blend in with the minimap. Can you increase their color vibrancy to that which your other detection meter addon uses?
What? You have certainly a conflict with other addons using same files, no problem on my game. I can send screenshots to show you what i see with this addon...
U4H8 or RC18 version ??
RC18, i dont have any other mods overwriting the files provided.

If you talk about detection/stealth bars, this is intentionnal, to be not too lighted in screen but i will see for a alternate version eventually if other people ask me here.
I also have dimmed down detection meters, so adding a little bit more color vibrancy would be awesome

Can you deactivate all others mods and activate only this to
test ? After if it is ok, you can send a list of your activated mods; i can see maybe the problem
If many people have the same problems, i think upload a lighter version with only minimap and stealth/detection bars.
If someone can say me, the addon works fine for me, it was nice.

All files of the first version must be unsetup and deleted.
After you can install this new version 1.1 with bug icons non displayed fixed.

It works great, I have noticed no issues whatsoever on my average 1080p monitor, which this mod was designed in mind.
Great mod you've made, Barto, my friend Blackgrowl (You know him as Half-Orc Negro) wanted to make something similar, but he was lazying out too much :)
Goes very well with the mod SidHUD too, especially if you use the [DARK] color scheme.
I do have two suggestions though;
1. As an option, could you remove the "cable" on the graphic? As well as move the minimap up a bit.
2. As either a feature or another option, can you make the "static counter" appear? You know, the number that appears on the minimap when there are stalkers, allies or enemies. (My friend Blackgrowl would love this too, I'm sure you know)
I like this alot, and I'd love to see your take on the rest of the HUD!

I'm playing on RC19, and the map isn't coming up. Is there a button for it? Or does it just not work for RC19. I was told some RC18 mods work.
It works great in RC19, i've no idea why it doen't work in your game.
I dragged the gamedata folder in and the optional gamedata one as well, was I only suppose to do one for this addon?
When will you release a version without the custom icons?

I do not understand why god mode is on in your game, my addon and vodis are not in question. More, my addon is totally compatible with Vodis.
don't enable dev from anomawwy launcher. avoid mods that rely on the dev console commands being enabled for their effect to take place.
for some reason in dx8 the noise and detection bars appear below the map

The arrow pointing to the objective is too transparent, I always struggle finding it on the minimap.
im using an addon for loot can i stack this addon with the loot addon?
It not working on my side as I enable the vanilla minimap but it is not the same as yours with colors on the right side.

Hello, the addon is good, but it would be nice to add an optional NPC counter, marks of corpses of all non-inscriptions, and marks of enemies when they shoot at you only on the minimap.It would be nice to display the usual non-captions on the minimap of non-commanders! In general, the addon needs to be finished so that it has functions like in a normal COC
Aye ! I have a cool addon idea , you can make stealth bars without the map , some people like me wanna play with compass only and no mini map - but we like to stealth so we need stealth bars too , hard thing to do - there were no addons for stealth bars without mini map
Yes i see what you mean but i do not know if it is possible. The bars are inseparables of the minimap and linked on it. Maybe with modigying the texture...i don't know
