is this also for 1.4.22?
Downloaded 1.4.22, unpacked - there are less files in 1.4 than in 1.5. Seems like some anomalies sections were later extracted into separate files. But properties look same if I'm not missing something.
In short: try and find out, if anything just delete zones folder from gamedata/configs this will restore settings.
