New Absolute Nature with hundreds more optimized trees. 8 different styles. All of them fully compatible with AtmosFear 3 and latest MISERY 2.2
What's new in Absolute Nature 4:
· New tree models known from Lost Alpha and Autumn Aurora 2.
· The Zone is even more overgrown - hundreds of new trees planted
· Options for the drass draw distance and its height in the installer
· Options for FOV (field of view)
· Accurate PDA maps for each style
· New loading screens for all styles
· Full compatibility with MISERY 2.2 (just install any style over it)
· Slightly improved performance thanks to optimized tree models
· New starting point (a gate near the sawmill)
· A small update to AtmosFear 3 (new flares and some lighting tweaks)

That's strange because I haven't touched them. I didn't even look inside Skadovsk. Anyway I'll check that after weekend.

Hi CrommCruac. I saw you fixed the remaining bugs in 4.01, and only have to recompile the maps for a final version. This was a couple of months ago. Would you consider releasing the final version soon? Having those last bugs fixed would be great. PS: Thanks for AN4, it's absolutely brilliant! :)

Well, it may be. However the spawn and AI grid is completely different so only manual installation (without spawn and AI files) is recommended.
Does that mean everything other than the "ai_spawns" folder is alright?
Textures only, nothing that changes spawn.

Many of the SoC textures were renamed in CS/COP even if they were identical or higher resolution versions. For AN4 to effect all levels these textures would need to be copied and renamed to soc naming scheme too.

Yes it is, just delete these files:

I'll think about it although I can't see the reason for that. Actually those textures seem OK to me.

Asking, because for 2.2. there is extra command to store saved weather name in global variable. Value from global varable is then used to force exact weather, after initialization of Atmosphear and other scripts.

That means it should be compatible with Misery 2.2. once it is released, but all.spawn file might cause issues, and one that comes with Misery should be used.
I haven't downloaded and checked other scripts yet, so I can't tell will there be other issues.

When Misery 2.2. is released it will be safe to use Absolute Nature as addon. If MDT get permission and if there is enough time to test it before release, it might be integrated with Misery 2.2. release.
Still, that have to be discussed between MDT members, but other users will be happy to know that Absolute Nature 4 can be used as addon.
As long as you keep the 'class_diversity' dir in the structure it should be compatible - that's what triggers the installer not to overwrite the files
