We have completed the full version 1.1, exiting the project from beta testing status. This version is released as EP1 (Expansion Pack 1) that includes new content and overhauls some old content. This version is meant as a replacement for v1.0 Beta. While we will not remove the download links of the beta version, we insist that players download the latest version instead. Version 1.1 will be available for download on either 11/3 or 11/4.

Krein v1.1 (Expansion Pack 1)


If a user currently has Krein v1.0 beta installed, they must follow specific instructions to uninstall it. Note that some save games in Krein v1.0 beta will no longer work in Krein v1.1. To install v1.1 over 1.0 beta, you must either follow the uninstall instructions or download and use the Krein Uninstaller EXE (Windows users only).

Known persistent bugs:

There is a transient bug where floating grass is sometimes rendered in an open world. We have not fixed this as of v1.1. The only thing you can do is restart your game and the grass will vanish.

Dragon priest masks render awkwardly over certain armor. This is also present in vanilla Skyrim. We are tracking this bug.
