All found bugs that interfere with the game - fixed

This time it will be the final version of the first episode.

Many days have passed since the last version, we found many bugs there and decided to fix them. Today, a lot of what was found fixed, and we also listened to your comments and made other changes.

Build v1.3 codename S.C. (Final)

Important changes:

  • Zombie barney has been fixed (rate of fire).
  • Models of trees and bushes from Sven-coop have been added to all maps.
  • Now the blood of all monsters is completely red.
  • Now when you hit zombies or get hurt, blood will appear on your weapon (this is a test feature)

Other changes:

  • Fixed HUD (removed the bar that was near the health)
  • Fixed blood of cockroaches, it was red - now it's yellow.
  • Fixed water in levels they3 and they12 (+fixed texture and underwater fog appeared)
  • All maps have been optimized.
  • Fixed mod weight (removed unused content, but still working on it...)
  • Fixed pistol and assault rifle w_models.
  • The pistol model is now from the original, it was customary to abandon the berreta.
  • Fixed lighting in maps They12 and They14 (there were leaks, now all errors are fixed)
  • Fixed scripts on most maps.
  • Train in They11-13 maps has been fixed (missing start/stop sounds)
  • Barrels in maps and some boxes now explode (as in the original)
  • Fixed cut-scene maps (they1 and they15), added music halflife19.
  • Changed and fixed the font in the game.
  • Changed the animated water in the They3 map, now it is of better quality.
  • Now in map they11 you can kill the guards on the boat by drowning them.

Known disadvantages:

  • There is no silencer for the pistol (most likely it will be implemented along with the next episodes, as well as the gun arsenal)
  • Despite the fixes, the mod is still more difficult than the original, but now it will be easier with the corrected guards.
  • The rifle does not have a scope (original)
  • Anything else...

As a conclusion, the balance of the game has been reworked. Now, in some boxes, not only first-aid kits, but also ammo for assault rifles can be hidden. Barney's rate of fire has also been fixed.

Maybe make the Pistol a Colt 1911 instead of a Beretta 92FS, since the latter didn't exist during the 50's or 60's (whenever They Hunger took place).

I will think about it. Perhaps I will release as an addon, since I don’t know if everyone will like this change. However, I agree, there are many similar contradictions in fashion. For example, Kimel AP-9 (from 88-x)
