Just letting everyone know:
Now that the mod has officially been deemed OK by ModDB, The City project, the most open-ended virtual city adventure is now go.
So far the team is but I, the leader, the brain behind the concept. I will be putting out help wanted requests daily for positions such as artists of all kinds, coders, mappers, animators, etc.
