After much designing and planning, I've come to the realization that making another big mod isn't worth the agony. I took the recommendation of some people I spoke to and decided to turn this into a submod of Novum Vexillum. I thought I could do my own version of a modern scenario but I was wrong. This is the best route I can take, either that cancel it, those were my options. Be patient as I only work on this every so often and don't worry, if this mod is dead, you would know.
