Alrighty guys gonna lay this as clean and blunt as possible. World War 2 isnt happening anymore with this mod. A few of our members didnt like working with our current setup and started their own modification a few weeks ago. Other members seeing greener grass jumped ship to join them right when we were about to have a finished build for you all.
Im not one to waste time and resources starting a "Mod War" so the remaining team members decided to move on and abandon War Chronicles. After a few hours of moping we got back together and decided to do something we've never seen before in ArmA. We decided to start working on the Korean War. This will allow us to bring some of our existing assets over. We will be releasing more info later.
Will the title 'War Chronicles' continue use for the Korean War mod? You have me very excited there as I'm yet to see any form of Korean War material in a First Person shooter even with mods. I wasn't originally tracking with the WWII form but this has definitely caught my attention again.

Shame to hear since yours looked like the best ww2 mod for Arma since i44, but hopefully you can get the Korean war thing to work. Harder to do since it's so forgotten, but very cool. Let me know if you need any historical help

Really awesome I am excited to hear this because there are not much games about the korean war. WW2 is also cool but there are a lot mods about it but I have never heard about a korean war mod for arma. I like this idea and I hope to see more about it in the future.

Sorry to hear about the fallout, but you have a good attitude to it. Many others would have been discouraged and given up, but you continue onward. Your hard work and attitude are a model for the rest of us.

Korean war is definitely a "skimmed over" part of history for most people and I'm happy to hear you guys are doing it. But unfortunately it's not as interesting as the usual "German vs Allies" as far as varied weaponry and tanks. But I wish the best for you guys!
Korea is pretty much ww2 as alot of the same assets are in use. But that is true no Germans vs Allies. Luckily alot of German weaponry like the mg42 and mp40 was used.
Oooohhh that could be a lot of fun. WW2 has been done to death anyway.
