**SkyMoMod V-13**

this mod adds hordes of new creatures to skyrim, along with some new playable weapons found in the hands of some of the creatures

there are hundreds of new creatures and 70 new dragon types, plus quite a few new weapons

the mod now has over 30 new weapons, and V13 has new spells for the spell casting creatures and lots of tweaks its a lot of work for one guy, if you would like to say thanks and donate, you can hit the paypal link below

I think the owner of the site has a big up his ***. He will leave skimpy Armor and sex show mods on there but take down useful mods like adding monsters.

He was banned for using other people's stuff without asking for or receiving permission, also some official copyrighted stuff I believe. The ban seems legit enough. I'm just relaying what was posted on the Nexus forums, mind.

Seen some harsh moderating on that site though, it's a bit funny that people can get insta-banned for swearing on a site that hosts so much freaky stuff.

I know a few people that got banned because another modder was buddy buddy with a moderator. Some moderators will just do what their buddies want without so much consideration or fairness in the event of a conflict with another modder. The moderator takes the word of their buddy who might be lying or twisting/omitting the facts. People get mad then the site admin has to backup their idiot moderator.

The Problem is, the ModEditor used a lot of Creature from other Game, like from the Witcher, Stalker etc. eventualy it would eager some Publisher or other Company, and to avoid an argument involving the law, they deleted the mod from nexus :/

Using creatures from the Witcher and STALKER is fine, as those publishers have given blanket permission for modders to use their assets in other games. The main problem was the use of assets from the Borderlines and Arkham Asylum games.

actually I do still keep in contact with DarkOne at the nexus and I may be returning there soon

it was mostly over some old textures in a mod that I had not touched in over a year and a half
plus there was a creature that I used from a model resource on the net that was in question as to if was okay to use

on returning to the nexus I would need to remove those few assets

I'd love to see you back on nexus, but it's been nearly a month since you said that's all you needed to do... are you actually WANTING to be back on nexus? Just curious.

I want you back there for a few reasons myself, two of which being that you're a good modder and NMM has spoiled me as far as installing mods goes.

dogtown1 is now back at the Nexus! The version of SkyMoMod available there however is a different version than the one on moddb - it's authorised but not supported by dogtown1, who is now being possibly over-careful that he doesn't break any more Nexus rules!

I recognized the boar from stalker, the drowners from the witcher and a few other random bits I can't place,but those 2 are defenitly ripped from those games,I've completed all stalker games at least twice, and the witcher 2 twice as well. Still a great mod,though. Btw do you need previous versions of this mod to work?

I have an interesting problem with V12. Some of my Skeletons, not all of them, don't have animations and are just stuck in that 'Da Vinci' pose. Then when I kill tehm They don't dismantle and stay in that pose. Occasionally, after they die, they actually begin to animate...however very slowly and very strangely...

Cannot WAIT to see what you do with all the new creatures in Dragonborn! Must be exciting to have a new set of nasties to work with! Would be awesome to see those creatures showing up in Skyrim too!

Hi i just reinstalled skyrim again and started a new player, and the first mod i get is skyrim monster mod "way" i had it before and loved it.

I have a problem this time some monsters are invisible can i fix that anyway.

You need correct version of Skyrim (latest update) plus I do believe you need SKSE installed for it to work. Make sure you have updated Skyrim, updated SKSE and latest version of this mod.

The Nexus admins have GONE TOO FAR! They actually banned me on the nexus for talking about them on here! Right after I commented on here, I went back to the Nexus a few hours after and BOOM! I was banned! I even told them the situation and they can even tell that I am not like my bro who flipped out on there and got us the ip ban. I actually made mods, downloaded over 200 mods, gave hundreds and hundreds of endorsements, helped people... **** them anyhow... My bro got us the IP ban, so I made my profile at work... then used it for over a year, made mods, and helped many others on updates and fixes for their mods. I even talked to the one admin about what happened with what my bro did... and they can tell I am not the same person and actually was a good member! I made mods on there as well as the New Vegas Nexus. I understand the rules on there and have been FOLLOWING THEM!!! IT SHOULDN'T MATTER WHAT I SAY ABOUT THE SITE OR THE ADMINS ON OTHER SITES!!! ******* Nazi's.... what the hell happened to freedom of speech?!

downloaded the file but before hand i uninstalled my skymomod V8, and deleted it from my NMM, then i installed the esm and bsa files into my data folder and now my skyrim crashes to desktop right after the bethesda logo....what do i do? i am thinking because there is no ESP file it is messing up,...is there a complete skymomodV12 folder with the entire mod? or is it a patch?

I did not see any new monsters at first until I recently ran the "Skyrim Save cleaner", after that I ran into at least a dozen within 10 minutes.

But I have some monsters that stay in the default static position and are not animating, and some dead ones look like they are running in place.

I have noticed alot of issues with this mod..i was running a new game as a level 13 orc and i came across skellys with daedric weapons???? is this supposed to happen as i want a well balanced mod where the game is hard any help or ideas would be appreciated

that could be any mod that edits weapon loot lists
this mod does not edit vanilla weapons or lists, but there are new weapons that are given to a few of the creatures in the mod
you would recognise one if you found one
I have some screens here of some of the weapons in the mod

I've faced a really annoying bug with this mod. When I go to Whiterun there are at least 50 wild creatures out of the city where the stables are. Can you help me with this? I don't know what to do. It's the first time I face a bug like this using momod. With the earlier versions there were no problems like this.

Hello, thanks for this awesome mod, but I have some problems regarding it.
First off, there is this certain spot in front of Lakeview that always causes CTD when I get near it, Ive disabled monster mod, waited 40+ days and went to that spot again, no longer does it cause CTD but now all vanilla creatures that do spawn are invisible.
If there is any way to prevent that CTD happening at first or vanilla creatures going invisible plz help, Thanks.

Clean save bud... clean save. Start a new game and go there with this mod installed and only this mod. See if it happens again, and if it doesn't, you got some work on your hands ;)
