Hello everyone!

This is the second weekly update for the Ilsamiren Wars - Oblivion Version - and we have a number of new models to show you. Bear in mind that these are made by two people who have only been modelling for about two weeks, and they are untextured.

First we have the Shark-Tooth Sword of the Ocean Tribes which is extremely effective against leather or cloth armour.

Second we have another Ocean Tribes weapon, this time a war-hammer (for want of a better word).

Finally we present an Ilsamir helmet (and crest). This is the basic form of helmet for Ilsamir town-guards and the like, but this design is altered depending on the role of its wearer. The crest is used on all Ilsamir helmets and will bear a different plume and insignia for each military corp.

You can see the other 8 or so models at the profile gallery. Go to the profile for the Total War version (mod # 6331) to see the excellent concept art which is being used for both mods.

If you haven't seen the mod before, it is being developed for Medieval II: Total War and the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in order to present both a macro and micro angle on the same story - which I am presently writing.

Well, that's the update for this week! Watch the mod profile for further updates, and check back each week for a consolidated report on our progress over the past days.

I got spanked by one of those on my Eurotrip. They tied me up and showed no mercy. Will this feature be included? What button do I use?

Thanks for that insight into your personal life Jenny-Kitty. I hope you find another mod that is to your liking.

And Magneto's helmet is "ripped off" from those worn by the ancient Greeks - particularly from Corinth: Historyforkids.org . Such discussions could go on forever.

Sorry for the double post - But come on! I couldn't let that rest. The sixth image pulled up in a google image search for "Magneto's Helmet" was actually a picture of a 2,000 year old Corinthian helmet. I agree there are similarities between my design and that from X-men, but that is because both designs stem from the same origin - ancient Greece.

Ok i see your point i didnt know about the ancient Greeks. I cant wait till you skin it. Lol maybe some1 can make it with a purple skin so i looks like Magnetos helmet. BTW i like your weapons, they are pretty original.

Thanks Duckman, I was probably a little over-defensive there.
